Curation of exhibitions and educational programs

Nansy Charitonidou (1985) is an artist and curator. She has a BA in Fine Arts from the School of Fine Arts – University of Ioannina, and she also holds an MA in European Art Practice and an MA in Museum and Gallery Studies from Kingston University London. She has worked with public and private institutions for curating and production of art exhibitions, cultural events and festivals. Her artistic work breathes in the intersections of painting, printmaking and photography and in curatorial levels she has curated exhibitions such as: Spiropoulos Yiannis Retrospective exhibition 1950-1960 (2018) in collaboration with Municipality of Aigialeia and Spiropoulos Foundaiton, the Retrospective exhibition of Panos Fidakis (2015) in Aigio, the contemporary art exhibition Goplacia in TAF: The Art Foundation (2014). She works as an art teacher in primary education and since 2019 she is a main external collaborator with Primarolia organisation in the curation and production of contemporary art exhibitions Into my garden come (2019), Images of a floating world (2020) and A stitch in time saves nine (2021 – co-curation with Bill Psarras). She is also responsible for educational and artistic workshops of Primarolia.
