Kostas Antonopoulos was born in Athens in 1968. His parents were both farmers. In 1990 he received a Bachelor degree from the Department of History and Archaeology in the Faculty of Philosophy in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Ever since he work mainly in secondary education, either in private tutoring or in public schools. He serves in public education since 1996. The last few years he works in general public high schools and lives in Kiato, Corinth even though his place of origin is Achaia. Recently he graduated with a Master’s degree from the postagraduate program “Public history” in the Hellenic Open University. In his Msc thesis he researched the product of currant in Greece, its commemoration and presentation of the social reality of the currant world and the corresponding communities in the digital world.
